I have been a loyal customer for about three years now. Switched from a national chain store location nearby after becoming dissatisfied with long waits and indifferent customer service. It has been a good move and I have been a very happy customer ever since. What I value the most is their attentive customer service led by the owner, Mr. Bishoy A., as well as the young Asian pharmacist who dispensed my medication today, Aug. 15, around noon. Thank you.
I had a great experience at this pharmacy. The staff were kind, attentive, and very helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. Fast service, friendly faces, and a smooth process. Highly recommend.
Service was good long ago. Now gone down. Fighting with patients, cant find prescription. So many issues . Except Bishoy , no one knows.
