Just did my intake with Latifah, I have been through many intakes before, and never have I been treated so well, or with so much respect. Latifah is amazing, and makes one feel very comfortable.
I don't think this is a bad clinic to go to, but I believe some people were simply not meant to be therapists. Today I was denied help by a therapist named Casey Neilson who got mad at me because I accidentally missed two consultation appointments. Even though they were well aware that these past two weeks have been uncontrollable and hard for me to manage because I am homeless.
