Avoid! Took weeks to get appointment for estimate. When the day arrived for a 7:30 am appointment estimator was a NO SHOW Called company to complain. Girl who answered phone care less. I guess they have enough business Avoid!
We used this business in the past and tried reaching out a few weeks ago to get another service done. Sadly we have had no response after filling out the form online and calling and leaving messages. Was able to speak someone two weeks ago and was told someone would call us the following Monday to schedule for that week. Still waiting for that call two weeks later. Its a shame because we liked them enough to want to have additional services done.
I had high hopes for this company seeing there reviews. I had a call with a representative this morning to schedule them coming out. I mentioned getting a quote from another company and the representative said, "I don't see a purpose for us to come out." I never mentioned pricing which I do understand would trigger a response like that. I wanted to get 2 quotes to make an informed decision and clearly this will not be the company I chose to work with. It's unfortunate that 1 representative ruined it for the company.
Rainbow gutters is a very irresponsible company. I had 3 appointments for an estimate and they no-showed all 3 appts. They did not even have the audacity to call. I could not image their reliability to show up to actually do the work. I would not recommend this company due to no respect of your time. LOTS OF OTHER GUTTER COMPANIES.... DO YOUSELF A FAVOR.... USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!
