I am VERY disappointed. For Christmas my dad surprised us and wanted to redo our gutters in our house. It was a HORRIBLE experience. They only did part of the project, demanded more money and were extremely rude to my elderly father. They ran the gutter to run onto my brand new patio and not out of the patio on top of that. I had asked for a quote on 10/3/24, and they scheduled someone to come on Saturday at 11 am to prepare a quote. Someone even messaged me to confirm the same day for the Saturday appointment. Unfortunately Saturday came and nobody showed up or called. So I called the office about 2 pm on Saturday and I was told someone would get back to me - possibly come to quote as originally planned, on that same day, Saturday, but more likely it would be on Monday. So all was fine until a few months after we purchased one of the plastic over splash guards broke in the wind so I called and they called back and told me there is a minimum $400 charge because they don't warranty against storm damage. Remember when we used to actually call them 'storm gutters'? It's just a piece of plastic that is there for heavy rains so the rain water doesn't go over... if it does it will water my bushes... they're storm gutters! If they don't warranty against storm damage especiall y in the first few mon... read more

The first time I used them was during the pandemic and COVID was causing some problems with employees also. But they did their best to satisfy. Then this year when I had to call them back for new problems with my gutters, they were fast, polite, fixed EVERYTHING better than it was originally and didnt charge me! Highly recommend!
