Yet another safety recall done not properly and my safety was at risk because of it. After the recall was done the part gave out for the wiper motor and of coarse its storming on the highway while im trying to get home. Once i get to the dealership while talking with ford canada and telling me to speak with the dealership about the failed part and the new service manager refused to take any accountability or responsibility for the part they installed and said once installed its not their problem.... right... i had the part l... read more
I was very impressed with everyone at Rainbow Ford during the purchase of my new Bronco Sport. Kerry was knowledgeable and totally understood my wants and needs. Shane helped out with the additional roof racks. John was honest about my trade and Barry was very informative about options and offers to close the deal. Our family was on vacation from Saskatchewan, headed to the mountains hauling a 5th wheel. We had truck troubles with my 2012 f150, with multiple warning lights. Came into the dealer at 1:20pm on Saturday Aug 9th. All technicians had left for the day at 1pm and thry offered no solutions or help. They advised us they would look at it in the next 3 days. Eventually they diagnosed the problem as a fuel pump fuse. A typical issue with the f150s. There is even a TSB bulletin advising them to relocate the fuse to a more robust loc... read more
