Many thanks to John and Jason who helped us purchase a 2020 Explorer ST. Also to Lenis for setting up the service end of things. And AJ and Greg for the winter tires and rims. Awesome to see the whole team assist us in every aspect involved in our purchase. And a shout out to the kind and supportive front end attendants, technicians and managers as well.
Needed a MCASE fuse for trailer lights on my Ram Eco-Diesel. Rocky Dodge Parts was closed for the long weekend. The MCASE is not a standard fuse that Canadian tire or Napa had available. I called and Shawn answered in parts he was able and willing to help. I brought him the fuse for a sample and we found a match. Excellent Service and reasonable prices.
