They have a nice name and claim to be so lovey dovey, caring and just wanna help. But their late fees are sooooo high! you'd be better off borrowing from the Mafia... No other company on the planet would do this but they feel they can get away with it because you are locked in for life and can't change like with power, internet and mobile services.. 16$ when miss one payment in 2 years on a 41$ pm bill.. even if click buttons and pay within hours, no human needed.
