As a queer person, this place was not a positive experience - each conversation is expensive and not straightforward (so you have to make another call). Do NOT go here. Especially if you are Trans. They consistently mis-gendered and dead-named my spouse. The paperwork was exclusionary and out-right incorrect (e.g. including Trans as a sexual orientation and not including any non-binary options for gender). The specialist was completely ignorant of queer matters and said multiple offensive things during the consult. It feels like this place exists only to profit from the queer dollar - there is no interest in actually providing a unique and inclusive service for the community... read more
