Everyone from the reception staff, hygienists, and dentists are wonderful.
Greetings at the door, quick waiting room time and great dental cleaning and exam. It is always a good experience at Rainbow Falls Dental.
Over the course of my time as a patient, I consistently found the front desk staff to be rude and dismissive. Simple questions about insurance and billing often felt like an inconvenience, and I never felt like my concerns were taken seriously. It’s too bad because Duke is a great dentist. But the folks at the front really are rude, and the office manager is no help. After reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who has had concerns about the customer service and communication. Disappointing to see
Our whole family uses Rainbow Falls dental, the entire staff are all amazing, kind and respectful. The facility is immaculately clean and tidy. 5 stars from all of us!
Everyone is very friendly, they explained to you exactly whats going to happen and what they are doing. I felt very relaxed and comfortable during fillings, cleanings and tooth extraction
