I sent my Mother to this Target Optical/Rainbow Eye Care as she lives in a different town. She found the Doctor professional and courteous, however her new prescription is drastically different from her older one at the Target Optical in my town. While I expect vision changes due to advancing age, the pupillary distance was drastically different (11" difference!) as well as an Axis value missing for one eye, when a couple of years ago, it was 71 degrees!
