Highly unprofessional company, beware of Kimberly, sounds nice but cant trust a word she says. Been waiting for 4 weeks for them to fix my electric, they came friday the 8th diagnosed the problem said they would be back monday needed part. Called Wednesday Kim claimed had had no record of coming to house, i said i spoke with her last week she sent someone, claimed she call me back in an hour never did. Home Serve contracted Rainbow to replace my old electrical meter box and the old pipes connected to the overhead wires. I was very pleased with the job provided by Rainbow from the start to the finish. Kimberly who answers the calls and makes the appointment for the repair is pleasant and professional, she is always reachable. Ramos worked very quickly and exercised work diligence which was amazing to observe. The result was a perfect job and a very happy customer.

Dealt with electric problem for 2 years trying to find the source of problem. PSEG tech finally came at midnight Sat and found the problem and made a temporary fix until I got my home serve electrician to do the repair. Home serve sent me Peter from Rainbow Electric. Last year they sent SNH. They were terrible and said home serve wouldn’t let them touch anything to find the problem of continuously flashing lights. They told me to change the bulbs. We did that.
