I had home service insurance and they assigned them to do the repair. 1st time when the technician came, he didn't touch anything just looked at my light fixture and said I need to change that, I tested it and found the issue is with wiring and fuse, so I called them back, the same technician said he don't have the part needed, and need approval from home service, and they will call me. Highly unprofessional company, beware of Kimberly, sounds nice but cant trust a word she says. Been waiting for 4 weeks for them to fix my electric, they came friday the 8th diagnosed the problem said they would be back monday needed part. Called Wednesday Kim claimed had had no record of coming to house, i said i spoke with her last week she sent someone, claimed she call me back in an hour never did. Home Serve contracted Rainbow to replace my old electrical meter box and the old pipes connected to the overhead wires. I was very pleased with the job provided by Rainbow from the start to the finish. Kimberly who answers the calls and makes the appointment for the repair is pleasant and professional, she is always reachable. Ramos worked very quickly and exercised work diligence which was amazing to observe. The result was a perfect job and a very happy customer.
