Our power went out shortly after new year. Our electrician from Rainbow Electric was very patient and understanding of my family’s situation. Who would want to live without power during the winter? Our electrician even came an extra day because we couldn’t locate the source of failure the first day. We appreciate his efforts and are sure everyone else who he helps will too.

Fixed my outlets and breaker inside my home. Those were done well. My garage outlets also had issues. He blamed this issue on my freezer. My freezer runs fine if it’s plugged into an extension cord that is plugged outside of the garage. Obviously, the freezer is not the problem. He was unwilling to return and fix the remaining misdiagnosed issue. Very frustrating.

Sam came out quickly when we had a fuse we couldn't get to reset. He found the problem, which was effecting outlets all over the house and fixed it right! Excellent, highly recommend!
