Very disappointed.. they did a huge job for me 2 years ago and I needed more work done on my property. They totally dropped the ball .. they came out to give me an estimate.. stayed a long while going over all the details and then forgot about me.. they never sent me a bid.. and when I finally got a hold of them to ask where my bid was .. they put me with someone who never came out out to the propery and had no idea what i was asking for.. .but was quick to dismiss me as a customer and said they couldnt help me because I wan... read more
Just had a new addition on our home wired by Adam and crew at Rainbow Electric. They have done other projects for us and are always very professional and do an excellent job. Their scheduling is great. They arrive on time and completed work on budget. Our inspections were passed without any problems.
These guys are great. We just purchased a new house and we are in over our heads with improvement projects. They showed up on time, were efficient and reasonably priced. I was confused about something on my bill and called the office and they explained it to me and were very nice about it. The electricians were helpful and showed us a couple things on our breaker box that we didn't know about. Highly recommend.
These guys came out and installed my kitchen island, the guy that was in charge of my job was never available when I called about questions or concerns, he would only email me, the appt times set to come out they messed up twice, so now almost 2 years later, my whole island just quit working, no power! Overall not happy with them at all
