Very very poor customer service! The front desk clerk loves to argue back and forth with patients. They are very money hungry instead of doing what the patient is asking for they rather do other things that’s not asked for but wants you to keep scheduling non sense appointments with them. My kids been going to them for 8 years and I don’t see the appreciation of keeping them there. I’m finding another dentist as we speak. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!!!!!
Not impressed with this dentist. The assistants and receptionist are all very nice people but the dentist herself could learn how to show a little more compassion to her patients. I understand that she has a job to do but complaining that your patient is crying or having anxiety because you chose to start drilling the cavity first INSTEAD of asking the patient if they wanted the shot to numb your mouth is unacceptable. Just a really bad experience. Reminds someone of why people are scared of the dentist in the first place.
