I am very disappointed with the service provided by this cleaning company. I ordered a deep cleaning service 2 weeks in advance of an actual service date for my new apartment and planed to move next day after cleaning. I was told that it would be 2 cleaners for 4 hours at 8AM-10AM but only one cleaner came at 1:30 PM. She worked till 9PM but was constantly talking on a phone. Booked them twice in hopes they would justified their wrong the first time. You can get better service elsewhere for the same price. Palace Valet is a good one.
I hired them twice for my company to do 1 time cleanings and both my clients were happy with the work. Not sure what these other reviews are about, but people tend to complain more than give praise online. Fast response time if you need a cleaning in Manhattan.
