I hired them twice for my company to do 1 time cleanings and both my clients were happy with the work. Not sure what these other reviews are about, but people tend to complain more than give praise online. Fast response time if you need a cleaning in Manhattan.
This company is remarkably shady. First booking: the cleaner never showed up. Each time I called, they said they would get info and call me back, and then didn't call back. This happened five or six times over an afternoon. Second booking: I booked them again (not realizing this was a duplicate listing of the same company). They told me the cleaner was "thirty minutes out" five or six times and were extremely rude on the phone. This is a terribly unreliable, unprofessional, and irresponsible service. I booked a service for deep-cleaning because my regular cleaning lady is on vacation for a month and I am doing an apartment swap with someone in Europe. Someone was supposed to come today between 12 and 2. I rushed from work to be there. No one came. I called at 2:30. They told me the person was in traffic and will arrive within 20 minutes.
