I followed Dr. Waters here since he joined their team. Dr. Waters is wonderful, caring, and honest about what he thinks is the best course of action for your pet. He has gone out of his way for my dog several times and I couldn't be more thankful. I drive all the way to Dr. Waters from Georgia because of the top tier care that my dogs get from him.
People are nice to you, but take advantage of you if they recognize that you are uneducated on veterinary medicine. I asked my mother to take my dog for her yearly check up because I couldn’t due to work and they recognized that she is not as educated on veterinarian medicine as some people are so they asked her if she wanted them to perform an organ test (which was not needed and ended up being negative of course) as well as other testing that was not needed. I had just moved to the area when one of my cats needed to be seen. When I called, they got me in the same day. Dr. Waters and Christina provided excellent care for my cat and the cost was quite reasonable.
I’ve recently changed to this location and I have nothing but positive things to say. I know it’s not easy to deal with my anxious cat , but they handled him with care and I appreciate the whole team
