Had an appointment this morning, came to the office and no one was there, no answer when I called. Seems like it is closed down. No note on the door or anything. I even got a call Wednesday to confirm the appointment.
I have been trying to get a hold of there office for a week. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls when a message is left. I have gone on the website and also messaged them through the patient portal and no response! I have medication needing refilled and am now almost out. This is very very poor practice.
Laura took her time and really listened to me. She didn’t act rushed, which I appreciated. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a primary care provider. While I was there, I decided to get the vitamin infusion. Wow! It was amazing and I feel great since receiving. Overall, I can’t brag enough.
