Messed up on my trade in, I had a balance owing that they added to my new loan/vehicle, offered me a trade in value to bring the cost down a bit, then charged me the total value of both vehicles, now I’m paying off the new one as well as the one they sold for profit. Bought a 2023 wagoneer from dealership in kamloops and had nothing but issues. Rainbow has stepped up and fixed majority of them and have also listened. Unfortunately the kamloops dealership won't ever see business from me again, I bought 3 brand new vehicles from them since 2019 and was treated very poorly. Can't recommend Rainbow Chrysler enough
