I'm not happy about my service. He was rude and did not even get good results. I ended up having to hire someone else to do a better job (see attached photos) the first ones are what this persons results were. 2nd one we the other person who had to do the job again. The 2nd person was also cheaper. This was definitely not worth the $200 I paid him. He was an extreme jerk. I don't even think he would give me my money back for his crappy job. Don't hire him!

Steve provides great customer service and is kind hearted.
It's ok they were on time and friendly but my carpet still smelled like urine after it dried
