RecommendedI know Rainbow Carpets bends over backward for all customers. We do not leave any job until the customer is completely satisfied. Many times it is not our fault or the customers fault but we take care of it anyway if it’s possible. We appreciate all our customers and treat them all the same.
Rainbow Carpet installed our new hardwood flooring. The customer service was top notch. The installers were efficient and did an excellent job. We love our new floor. I highly recommend Rainbow Carpet for any of your flooring needs.

I would never ever use them again, one installer did a horrible job, no follow-up from management as to how job was going or was done! Management has no understanding of customer service or how to treat people! Carpet was bad from mill, had them take it out & went with someone else. Found lots of people like us, after the fact!
my bestie Angie Rojas had carpet put 2 bedrooms and A little hallway and it took almost 3 weeks to get it done. They only have one guy doing it it wasn't his fault he did the best he could better they need more installer. Asked about a discount since it took so long but they won't. when she gets new flooring in her Living room, Kitchen she will definitely be going with somebody else.
The installers were great! Did an amazing job on my carpet and tile!
I use Rainbow Carpets in my rental homes. They are fast, professional and reasonably priced!
