Great service. Very friendly and great prices.
Our carpets at our church had not been cleaned for several years and had many stained areas. Looks like new now. He also cleaned 60 of our chairs that took more work to clean up than the carpet. Very pleased .
Made an appointment a month out. I asked if they do follow calls and/or texts as the appointment day gets closer. There exact words were "NO, If I put it on my calendar they I will be there. " Fast forward to day of cleaning and they no show. I called and they said I did not have an appointment. I then scramble and get Stanley Steamers. Rainbow Carpet then calls me back and apologizes because I was booked for today but they had decided to not to do anything this week for an upcoming wedding.
