The pickup was easy, and they handled everything professionally. They explained how the rug would go through a full cleaning process at their factory. After 7–8 days, the rug came back looking clean and fresh. The stains were gone, and even the smell was completely removed. It felt good to walk on it again. It was a simple service, but done very well.
