Twice now the carers have not shown up at dinner time, so my auntie would go hungry if we didn’t live closeby. One carer in particular has a horrible attitude, is rude and winds up her cat. Another makes my auntie get up from her chair to chase the cat away, when she is prone to falls. Shocking service. Not being looked after properly. After numerous complaints, we are told they will call us back, never happens.
Poor staff need to be trained. Wont recommend them
Had this service for my son to take him out wish we hadn't bothered as they took him somewhere and questioned him if he had been treated well at home and been anything to eat.I wouldn't wish this service on anyone.
