Very disappointing experience. The wash is expensive, and the machines have noticeable delays when switching between options like soap, rinse, wax, etc. Since you’re literally paying by the second, those delays feel especially frustrating because you’re losing paid time while the machine catches up. What really led me to leave this review, though, was the way one of the employees treated me. clean, great equipment, and extremely friendly and helpful staff! it was my first time at a self-serve car wash and one of the employees of the detail shop in the back, nixon, graciously topped up my time on the dryer and vacuum and taught me the best way to dry my car :-).
