I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment and expected one on one attention but it wasn't received and the place was EMPTY (no wonder...) I was told to pull my own dresses off the rack and try on the dresses myself. The store itself was absolutely filthy and out of the three employees there, two were just standing around while one was waiting for me to pick the dresses, try them on and then when I came out asking "so do you like it?" but then not offering me any alternatives. I purchased my bridesmaids gown there 25 years ago and have been a customer ever since. There service was personable and friendly. The staff went out of their way to meet my needs. Now I have come back to get special occasion gowns and my daughters grad dress. Both experiences have been fabulous and the staff and the owner have been tremendous. As for the poor review I've read, I just don't believe it. The staff are wonderful hands down.

This store was pretty great. Tried on tons of dresses. Found my dress. The staff were really helpful and I got a great price. Not the prettiest store on the inside, but made no difference to me. Would definitely recommend it.

Worst experience ever at this joke of a bridal store. The brides dress was ordered too small and they had her under a completely different last name. All of the bridemaids dresses were ordered too big, measurements taken incorrectly, they purposely order huge dresses so that you end up getting it altered there. My friend and her party spent thousands at this store, they dont care about customers leaving unhappy. Once they have your money they really dont care about you anymore.

I am a Bridesmaid in an upcoming wedding, I have been in over a dozen wedding parties and have dealt with well over a dozen different bridal shops across the GTA. I had to order my dress several sizes too big "Just in case I got pregnant" since my Husband and I are TTC. Prior to picking up my dress I spoke with 2 other alteration stores, both had quoted me $150-$200 for alterations as the dress would essentially need to be completely deconstructed and put back together again.
