I found the prices to be high but overall they had pretty much everything I needed. There was one item I wanted that was out of stock. I liked the well organized shelves and aisles. The staff was very helpful although she had to keep leaving the register to assist customers until another cashier came to help check out.
This place is horrible, and a rude teenager responds to these reviews. These same products can be ordered at Walmart online and instore for much cheaper. As you want people to respect your store, respect people and their money!
This establishment needs to realize the demographic of their customers. How can you be rude and "short" answer the very customers that you sell products to. What if everyone in your area shopped at the nearest beauty supply in Clermont or the next one East on Colonial. Do better. This is not a "false" review. I have been a part of the customer loyalty since 2020. I have never ever had an issue until 3 weeks ago when I went to purchase a wig. I went into the store @7:30 and the latin clerk was looking at her watch. I asked her to help with with a wig and she was "sighing" as if I was bothering her.
