I recently visited your store to browse and had a very disappointing experience. While shopping, I came across three different discount tubes marked 30% off—two tubes filled with lip liners and another tube that appeared to have mixed items like mascaras and other products. All of the items in these tubes seemed to be from the same brand, and the liners were a mix of shades such as purples, light purples, nudes, and some that looked opened or slightly damaged. The store was about to close in 10 minutes and I ended up calling and they were extremely helpful and stayed open for me ! They told me the deals and had everything ready and bagged for when I arrived which I got there @8:05 and they closed @8! Hope was very nice and kind and got me the products I needed and allowed me to come after they had closed! Wish I could give negative stars. I wanna start with the old lady walking around as if she's doing something all the time, when its obvious she isn't. I think her name was Wendy or something in those lines. I Literally bought the wrong thing simple mistake. I bought a specific brand but the wrong product.
