Updated experience as of September 2025 Don't book! My previous experiences prior to 2023 where great, However my last experience was extremely poor. Booked houseboat early 2025. Had to cancel booking due to health reasons with over 3 months notice. This is where it was an issue, said I would get a refund of $650 bond. Then waited, no refund. Tried to contact several ways with no reply. Waited, for a few more weeks. Contacted again and was told rudely that I will get my bond back once it was rebooked. Waited for another few ... read more

Apart from the great hosts. This is a bucket list adventure that every one should try. We learnt boat craft from scratch and survived 4 days and nights. If we can do it anyone can. The wildlife and sunsets with magic night skies, plus perfect peace and tranquillity made it something to remember. Thank you David and Lynne.
