I used the automatic wash and upgraded to the top for $8.00. The sides and back of my car looked the same as it did before. I spent 3 more dollars in the do it yourself to get it clean. I got the phone # off the door and called 3x several weeks ago. I was very polite in asking what to do for a credit and they have yet to return my call. I called again today and nothing!
