It’s 2020 you should take coupons on the phone!!!!!! Went here this am and was told only hard copy of the coupons ONLY that’s so dumb!!!!
Train employees in customer service! Very unfriendly and obnoxious attendant. Can't see why I would bother to go back when there are other choices in area.
I've taken 2 different cars there and every time the car looks bad after I leave. And I pay for the Ultimate. Will be going a little farther next time to my normal one near Costco where I know they do good

Great car wash and friendly service! My car is very clean & I like the fact that they also dry it.
Terrible service. Will never go here again! They rarely get the bugs off the grill or even the hood of vehicle. Went there yesterday & still had bird crap on the side of my car after the wash & 2 guys were drying too! Called to complain & instead of apologizing, the Manager by the name of Steven told me it was basically impossible & I should have turned around & came back immediately if that was true. The rails damaged my rims. I followed the employee's guidance while entering and still gauged it really bad. Also, almost all of the bugs were still stuck to the front end of my car. So much for the guarantee that they would be removed. Please make this right, I mentioned the damage to an employee and was basically laughed at. I would advise finding another place to have your car washed if you truly care about your car.
Hey Jack... You're complaining about the wrong car wash, bud. Rainbow Auto Wash does not have an automatic car wash. Rainbow is a full service wash. Do your homework before you post a bad review bashing the wrong business. That being said, Rainbow is the best wash in Brighton. Awesome service, good prices. I've never had an issue in the 5 years I've lived here.
