Upon exiting the touches car wash, I had to drive through mud.
Nice car wash.
Paid for a premium wash but did not receive the full service. The underbody wash did not work at all. I called and left a message and never received a callback, so I called again. The employee told me they reviewed their video and confirmed the underbody wash did not activate, but still refused to offer a refund or even a credit for a future wash. Instead, they blamed me and said I entered the wash too soon, even though the machine prompted me to enter. Very disappointing customer service and no accountability.
