Steel and Brandon were great to work with! Extremely patient and kind. I appreciate the time and knowledge teaching me about the equipment I wanted to purchase.
I had cancelled the next day and thankfully the process was smooth. Brandon came and picked it up, took care of the cancellation on the spot. There was no hard feelings and he was completely understanding.
I bought my newest rainbow here and it is absolutely beautiful. They are excellent people to work with if I’ve had rainbow vacuums for over 25 years anytime I ever if ever had a problem with them I am always able to go right to this business and they fix it. It’s been a while. These machines are run so nice and they’re built so well you don’t really break down a lot with them, but I do love my rainbow. I am trying to find the air purifier for my home.
