Highly recommend this shop. William not only helped me navigate the website, but when my order was damaged (due to mishandling by UPS), sent me a new one right away. If I was closer I would definitely visit the store in person.

Needed small rectangles of blue glass cut to precise size, for restoration of a 1920s art deco bedroom set. First they said it would be ready by the end of the same day, told them, "Great, I will pick up tomorrow." That next day morning was told that I didn't understand, they would be ready the following day, tomorrow. I left, thought about it, and called to cancel the order, I would get from elsewhere. Glass I purchased was not true to size of what was in the product description. When I reached out to them, they said I should have specified that I needed it to be the same size they had it listed as. Somewhere else on their website they have a disclaimer that glass may be 'bigger or smaller' than they have it listed for.
