I'm writing this review before I even received the product, and will update it or provide a new one after it's installed. I just wanted to compliment the folks at Rainaway for their wonderful customer service. When I placed our order, I accidentally gave an old address and didn't notice my mistake until after the product had shipped (which was in less than a week).
