What is happening to customer service? I used to recommend this place above Mr Carwash but now it seems their standards have dropped and they're no better. Was told a 45 min wait. After more than an hour (20 mins of which my car was parked in the "detail" parking space) I went in to ask for an estimate. They told me "oh yeah it's done".
