What is happening to customer service? I used to recommend this place above Mr Carwash but now it seems their standards have dropped and they're no better. Was told a 45 min wait. After more than an hour (20 mins of which my car was parked in the "detail" parking space) I went in to ask for an estimate. They told me "oh yeah it's done". Thanks, Rain Tunnel for the excellent customer service this morning when I asked for a re-wash after the rain last night. I didn't have my receipt. I likely threw it away. It wasn't easy convincing you guys, and I know that "rules is rules", but you took the leap and extended great customer service to me. You also chose to keep me as a long-time customer and I appreciate it so much.
I just came through the car wash in my truck the tendon outside told me that the truck would definitely fit with no problem when I got out to look at my truck after the carwash there is a huge scratch going down my driver side of my truck I have pictures of the truck the day I bought it which was only 3 days ago and there was no scratch at all I want a new paint job or something worked out because this is ridiculous I pay to get my truck clean and it comes back damaged
Don't do it!! Faulty equipment damages cars and they will deny that it happened! Plenty of other places to take your car, skip this place.
