I have been using Rain rite for years. The service is always excellent. Marielle responds to inquires right away and the technician's are always friendly and courteous. The owner is also great and extremely personable. I highly recommend them!
Professional, kind, responsible, alert, educated, I could go on and on about Buddy and his staff. Buddy helped us through a challenging time with our property issues and made sure everything was done 100%. They always show up in a timely manner. He stands behind his work and his staff. We have had a long standing relationship that I can’t see ever changing. That level of commitment to clients is rare but Buddy has the utmost integrity.

We called Rain Rite to fix an issue with one of the zones. They worked to fit us in right away and the team showed up on time. They identified, explained and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Before they left, we went through all the zones to ensure everything was in working order. We will be calling in the future for any other issues.
