The staff are amazing and I could leave examples all day long. The primary example was when our dog, Chuck Norris, went into medical distress and euthanasia was unavoidable. The morning of his appointment, despite having a brutal night, he was having a seemingly good morning acting like his sassy self which was breaking us even more. The staff were so gentle and kind with us and Chuck, and Dr. Carole said "it is okay to let him go on a good day" and this eased our broken hearts somewhat. I called several times to obtain an appointment for my cat and I am leaving several messages and e-mails no one is calling me back. Not possible to book without a form, so had to go get the form printed at Staples 30 minutes from where I live just to be ignored. I rarely had such low quality service. If you can go elsewhere don’t waste your time
Awesome staff. They went above and beyond for us, squeezing us in very last minute to help our little buddy.
They went above and beyond being short staffed to get me in last min and were soo good with my anxious dog.
