Ken Miller was recommended to us by a family member for a roof installation. Our roof has a steep pitch that has made other companies avoid us in the past but Ken and Luis didn't hesitate. BEWARE!!! Gave these criminals $3000 down payment for soffit replacements that were blown away by Hurricane Ian. Ken kept giving excuses and then eventually stopped returning our phone calls. We are now taking legal action. How horrible and evil can you be to rip off Hurricane victims?
BEWARE!!! Gave these criminals $3000 down payment for soffit replacements that were blown away by Hurricane Ian. Ken kept giving excuses and then eventually stopped returning our phone calls. We are now taking legal action. How horrible and evil can you be to rip off Hurricane victims?
Beware! I paid over $3k months ago as a deposit for gutter and soffit replacement. Initially there were continual delays and "we'll get it done in the next two weeks" type answers. Now, Ken will not return my calls for close to a month. So, I have to go the route of FL department complaints and legal action to try to recover my money.
I highly recommend using this company for their prompt, professional service. Ken was extremely courteous, efficient and responsive to all of my questions.
