Rain or Shine Personal are so Rude and unfriendly workers I had to deal with. They have no respect for others. They do not care of the effects they do to others, when doing they're yard care. This has been an on going problem. Have tried to deal with them in person with no effect to their lack of professionalism in dealing with this matter.
