There are not enough stars and words for me to say how WONDERFUL Rainforest Gutters, LLC is. Rich and his son were timely with communication. They are kind, respectful, and transparent. Working with Rainforest Gutters was so pleasant. Their responsiveness, ability to get us into their schedule, advising on the best strategy for some past problem areas… We felt 100% confident in their knowledge. The gutters were installed yesterday and they are exactly what we envisioned. Would definitely recommend them!
I contacted Rainforest Gutters to repair a leak in my gutter. They were upfront about the cost, which was reasonable. it cost exactly what they said, and did good quality work. I happened to be away when the work was done, but they called me shortly and explained what they had done. They also said to contact them if there were any problems. (It's the dry season and I noticed they had run water through to test their work). Very professional. If you need gutter work west of Puget Sound, I recommend them.
What an amazing team to work with. I reached out with an urgent job and my call was picked up right away. Gutters/downspouts had come detached, and I didn't have a way to make it work. Rich showed up, was a pleasure to work with and was priced fairly. They will absolutely be my first call in the future. Thank you so much Rich!
