After giving Rain Forest Fantasy years of business to deliver flowers to my mother in Ukiah I will now give my business to anyone but them. They have always delivered to the same address for a $10. delivery fee. Upon reviewing my online order, this was the delivery fee they charged me the other day. When I checked my credit card statement, Rain Forest Fantasy tacked on an additonal $10. delivery fee for a total of $20.!!!! I agreed to the $10. fee when placing my order but NEVER to the $20. fee.
