Rain Drains LLC is a great company to use. I had flooding issues with my house and yard which led me to contacting Bryson. He reached out very quickly to schedule a free estimate/inspection. He walked through the process with me very thoroughly, provided detailed plans for my property, and answered each question I had. The job was then scheduled very quickly and completed in a day. Great communication throughout the entire situation, excellent work on the French drain, and a fair price.
Called Rain Drains to schedule an estimate and Bryson (the owner) was quick to call back and was at our house the next day. Bryson assessed our situation (water pooling and ground saturation). He explained how he could help us and answered all our questions, immediately putting us at ease that we were in good hands. Very Efficient! The owner of the company really puts his heart and soul into his business! Addresses the issues and gives affordable permanent solutions. Thank You! Update: While the drainage issue is resolved a few weeks later once we received appreciable rain the yard light adjacent to the work area tripped the circuit breaker. We informed the workers of this grey power cable which was buried shallower than the 18 inch code.
