Doesn't return calls If you want them to do a job you will have to call them several times because they don't return phone calls. I was a customer for several years and when I called them back to find out why they haven't called me , I got a rude lecture on how busy they are. so, I found someone else.

Approach with Care We recently contracted Rain Control to put gutters on our home. The gutters listed on the proposal we signed were designated as white. We called the very next day and received color samples to look at. We called and requested a beige color. Unfortunately, no one bothered to mark our choice on the proposal, so when they installed the gutters they put in white.
