Company did not complete water line hookup I requested. I received a proposal for the work to hook up my home's water line connection to a new water meter in front of the house, I signed the contract and paid half down, $1.6K. The work began by a technician digging the ditch for the water line, shortly after the technician was let go from the company and no one else was assigned to my project. I hired Rain City Plumbing to run 2 gas lines for a fire pit and grill. They did the work on time, as expected and for a fair price. What makes them 5 star is their customer service. Jamie made sure he understood what the lines were for so the end result would be exactly what I needed. He even happily fulfilled my request to make an adjustment to the height of the gas pipe. I had a very pleasant experience with Rain City Plumbing. Their office was responsive when I contacted them, and I really appreciate that they were able to come out to see my condo to give me a free estimate. I contacted multiple other plumbers and they all charged $35-150 just to visit and give an estimate (they "waived" this fee if you chose to hire them, which I think is their strategy). Cannot recommend them enough! Derrek, Darren, Jaimie, Phillip, Marco, and Cheryl were all freaking incredible and handled all my issues professionally and timely. Their price was very good, quality was great. I kept having them do more and more work for me, they were so good. Have recommended them to many friends in the area and will be using them as my designated plumber in the future. Turnover has been difficult recently with them losing a plumber or two. Found a very large puddle around my water main, I couldn’t see the meter to see if it was spinning or find the shut off. Called Rain City Plumbing and Derek came out within 30 minutes. Tested a few things and talked it out and didn’t think there was a leak. He was really nice guy and didn’t make feel silly for calling them out! (Had the city come out later and they didn’t think it was a leak either, probably just a lot of ground water).
