I enjoy the staff. Especially when they recognize you and have your online order already at the counter waiting. Learning your regular customers spending habits is essential for longevity and success. I’ve been a loyal customer at Rain City Games but the recent website and loyalty program overhaul is a massive step backward for collectors.
