-Helpful staff, clean and inviting gym/community. -Has plenty variety of equipment to use, almost everything aside from your very specific or obscure equipment. -Can get busy (at usual busy gym times) but never prevented me from getting workouts done in respectable time. -Short walk from 49/60/streetcar/etc. -Very reasonably priced. ***No pressure to sign up. Able to tour and do a workout and sign up from home. Bluetooth door access via app. Will use this gym if I return to seattle for work!

Came to RCF with effectively zero gym or training knowledge, a recent negative experience with the first trainer I ever tried working with, a limited budget, and a boatload of anxiety about my lack of experience. I contacted the gym to see what options were available and was put into contact with Glenn Solver, an affiliated trainer. I love this gym! But is more than just a place to get jacked. It’s a community, a safe environment for all bodies and people to come as we are, do the work, and make our selfs better and a way to lift and build community. I’ve never been to a gym that’s less pretentious. Other gyms in the area, there’s a clear divide in class based upon amenities and what you’re able to pay.. but here we’re all the same with similar goals. It’s a beautiful feeling.
