Tip top service. I had a ton of questions, and Kioki (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) spent all the time I needed to get answers. He had tons of suggestions and ideas for a newbie like me. He even suggested a few different places to meet and hang out with other cigar smokers to learn and talk with others. I'll be back soon for sure. Thanks!
