asked for half a inch and they didn’t listen i walked in with a full head of hair and left with a completely different haircut that i didn’t ask for

The proprietor, Percy, has been cutting my hair on and off for a couple of years now, since the original name of the place was Confiance, prior to the Rain City name change. Percy never forgets a style or the quirks and individual needs of a specific hair type. He manages to shape and manage my most difficult cowlicks into something that looks great. Professionals all around! Jimmy is timely and does a great job of paying attention to detail. Percy does an excellent job of keeping the climate welcoming. I could get a slightly less expensive beard trim, but why if you’re going to be treated right and look good.! I go in raggedy and come out looking and feeling good.
