If we could give it zero stars we would have solely to do with the manufacturers customer service. I would suggest they invest in better employees instead of penny pinching their defective devices. Out of 3 large kits purchased plus a single sprinkler head only 1 sprinkler came and did not function/adjust as it should. After contacting customer service to exchange or receive a functioning one, they were short and rude and wanted a video of how it would not adjust, then an in depth conversation with tech support and then they... read more
We had a technician come to the house to check the sprinkler system before we sold our house. The scheduler was pleasant and made the appointment quickly, including a follow-up text message. The tech was on time and professional and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this business.
The customer service is non existent, the instructions do not work. Once this thing messes up, goooood luck. So amazed on how this company still in business. I feel like it was me selling products that don’t work and when people have issues with my product to call me and I just ignored em, I’d be sued so bad I’d be locked up til the grave for it. Some how nothing going to happen to these guys
