Ray was outstanding. Between him and Kim, I was kept up to date, received email and phone call reminders, and they really helped me sort through a seemingly unmanageable situation. It seems that Ray knows everyone, which is an extreme benefit when trying to keep things moving rapidly and getting cases closed out. If possible, I would give more stars.
